As a Madonna University and Wayne County Community College graduate with Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement degrees, Allen worked for her family business before joining the MotorCity Casino Hotel. Formerly the Director of Security, Allen has been promoted to Vice President of Security. Virginia Allen, a MotorCity Casino Hotel employee for the last 20 years, will now serve in one of the organization’s highest leadership positions.
